Debunked: Microsoft not using PlayStation Home for meetings |

This was one of those online reports that just seemed too weird to be true, and in fact it was incorrect. For the record, Microsoft says it won't be using Sony's PlayStation Home virtual world for internal corporate meetings, despite multiple reports to that effect in recent days.
The erroneous reports appear to have resulted from the fact that Microsoft is a client of someone else who's taking part in the PlayStation Home meeting project, said Aaron Greenberg of Microsoft's Xbox division. Apart from Microsoft's role as the PlayStation 3's archrival, the Redmond company has a whole collection of online collaboration programs of its own, including its Office Live Meeting service.
Microsoft's Greenberg, who has been publicly critical of PlayStation Home in the past, seized the opportunity to again poke fun at Sony's new virtual world, asking, "Who wants to have a meeting where some guy’s dry-humping your leg?"
