Wow, what a night. Thanks to everyone who came out to the TechFlash launch party last night. And a big thanks to the Puget Sound Business Journal staff who helped pull it off. It was a packed house, a great kickoff for our TechFlash Live quarterly event series.
We kept hearing over and over again that the Seattle tech community needs a place to gather, chat and commiserate. These are tough times for sure. But we're going to do our best to keep people informed and -- now with our events -- give people a venue to network and learn from some of the industry's top minds. If you had a good time last night or failed to get in, our next event will be held April 29.
Also, last night we announced plans for our annual event, The Flashies: The TechFlash Readers' Choice Awards. Watch for more details on that event later in the year.
We want to thank Brian McAndrews for sharing his insights on the future of online advertising and how to manage companies in economic downturns. We plan to post a transcript and video excerpts from his remarks later today. And thanks to our sponsors: SolutionsIQ, University of Washington's Technology Management MBA program and the Washington Technology Industry Association.
Now, for the fun part -- the photos. The paparazzi was out in full force, so keep reading to see photos from the night. If you have other photos you want to share, please email them to us this morning. Thanks again.
