Imperium Renewables' massive 100 million gallon biodiesel facility in Grays Harbor County -- which has sat idle for months -- could re-open next year if federal guidelines for biodiesel are approved, reports The Seattle Times. In March, we reported that Imperium had cut more than half of its staff.

Amazon.com is powering a new BillMyParents shopping site which lets teens and tweens shop for Amazon products and send the bill to their parents for approval. The shopping site, from a company called Socialwise, is designed to capture some of the youth market who want to shop online but don't have a credit card yet.
The University of Washington is contemplating a plan to become "climate neutral" and is soliciting ideas on how to do that, reports the PSBJ's Clay Holtzman.
Facebook has turned down a term sheet for $200 million in fresh capital that would have valued the social networking company at $8 billion, according a report in TechCrunch. Citing an unnamed source, TechCrunch also reports that Facebook anticipates revenue of $550 million this year.
Sun
Zoodango -- the Seattle Internet startup led by James Sun of "The Apprentice" fame -- has raised $624,000 in equity financing, according to a regulatory filing. The filing says that the geo search company, which we wrote about earlier this year, is now operating under the name GeoPage. Sun couldn't be reached for comment. [Editor's note: The dollar amount has been changed as the filing showed an inaccurate amount.]
