Report: Martin Tobias sells hilltop home for a very cool $4.3 million

Seattle technology executive Martin Tobias has sold his Queen Anne home to a Florida biotech executive for $4.3 million, reports The Seattle Times.
The 4-bedroom modern home -- with spectacular views of the Space Needle and Mount Rainier -- was the subject of a feature article in the Times' Pacific Northwest Magazine last summer. At the time, Tobias was reportedly trying to sell the home for $5.9 million. Zillow.com currently puts a value of $3 million on the property. Here's the description via Zillow:

The buyer is Brent Stiefel, a Miami area biotech exec who attended the UW and whose family sold their company to GlaxoSmithKline earlier this year for $3.6 billion.
Tobias, a member of Bellevue's Ignition Partners and the former CEO of Loudeye Technologies and Imperium Renewables, now heads the Seattle upstart Kashless.
So, speaking of high-end real estate from rich Seattle techies, which pad would you rather have: Tobias' fabulous view home on Queen Anne or Rob Glaser's swanky condo in Belltown, which sold earlier this year for a whopping $9.75 million?
