Back in March, we reported on Concur Technologies big push into the mobile app business with new ways to fill out travel and entertainment expense forms while on the go. At the time, we wondered when an iPhone app might emerge.
Today, the Redmond company formally announced that iPhone app in the Apple App store. The service allows customers to manage itineraries, change air travel dates and add or delete expenses for hotel rooms, rental cars, dining and taxis. You can see how it works here, including the nifty function of taking photos of receipts.
The company, in the video, notes that until now filling out expense forms can be a total "time suck."
In order for iPhone users to use the free app, they most be a client of Concur's Travel & Expense, Cliqbook or Concur Expense products.
