Here are the latest SEC filings that we came across in the past week.
Lighthouse Document Technologies -- a Seattle company led by David Rostov -- raised $200,000 in equity and debt financing, according to a filing. Rostov is the former chief financial officer at InfoSpace, Apex Learning, drugstore.com and Nextel International. The company provides electronic discovery services to law firms.
Cerevast Therapeutics -- a Redmond company developing technology for ischemic stroke -- has raised $2 million of a $5 million round, according to a Jan. 13 filing. CEO Brad Zakes, the former director of business management at Icos and former CEO of ImaRx Therapeutics, said the company sold 200,000 shares as part of its series B financing. Cerevast was founded last year, and is working with stroke centers at the University of Texas at Houston and the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Adometry, a Kirkland startup which attempts to help advertisers better measure the effectiveness of display advertising campaigns, listed that it has raised $450,000 of a $1 million equity round, according to a filing. More on Adometry, which recently named GoAhead Software and Microsoft vet Jim Ewel as CEO, from our story last October. The company announced $400,000 in angel financing at about that time.
Tangerine Solar of Seattle said it has raised $50,000 of a $200,000 round. The company lists Stanley Florek -- who previously served as chief operating officer of energy information management company Advantine -- as its executive officer. The company's Web site says it is provides a "unique option for households, businesses, nonprofits and local governments to 'go solar.'"
Long
Exponential Entertainment said in a Jan. 13 filing that it has raised $1.4 million of a $3.4 million equity and debt round. More on the company and founder Dave Long from this TechFlash Q&A from last month. Exponential is attempting to bring entertainment-oriented puzzles and games to social media platforms and mobile devices. Long -- who previously co-founded the hit board game SceneIt? -- said he would have additional details to share on the financing in the coming weeks.
