Ballmer scrawls across a Mac
Here's a scene that will make Mac fans feel like they're watching Thomas Kinkade scribble on a Van Gogh.
During an event in Nashville this week, a Trevecca Nazarene University student asked Steve Ballmer to sign a laptop. But as you can see in the video above, it wasn't just a laptop -- it was a MacBook Pro. And the Microsoft CEO eagerly obliged, signing his name directly on top of the Apple logo and then adding the note, "Need a new one?"
Of course, this is only Ballmer's latest public run-in with an Apple product. At least he didn't pretend to stomp on the MacBook Pro. But no doubt this incident will go down as one of the greatest stunts in the history of Trevecca Nazarene. Writes the unnamed student in a blog post: "My apologies for the impending apocalypse."
And if you thought Macs were overpriced already, just wait to see what this one gets if it's ever put on eBay.
