My favorite Super Bowl ad
With all of the chatter over the past 24 hours about Google's rumored first Super Bowl commercial, I decided to go back into the archive and dig out this little gem from 2001. As I noted last year, this E-Trade ad of a monkey riding a horse through a dot-com wasteland is my all time favorite.
What's your favorite tech-oriented Super Bowl ad?
You can't argue with the significance of Apple's "1984" ad.
I also thought the EDS "Cat Herder" ad was pretty clever, though not sure anyone purchased tech services from the company because of it.
Meanwhile, Mashable has put together a list of the 15 best tech ads. I disagree with their first choice from CareerBuilder.com.
Who will come out on top of this year's advertising extravaganza at the Super Bowl? You can check out YouTube during the game, which will be holding a rate the ads contest.
