Seattle's KUOW-FM (94.9) will be featuring a segment in a few minutes, starting around 12:40 p.m. on the subject of Microsoft and innovation, pegged to the recent New York Times op/ed in which former executive Dick Brass said the company stifles innovation.
As we noted earlier this week, the company has recently been defying that reputation, to some extent, based on the reaction to demonstrations of Bing Maps and Windows Phone 7 Series.
I'm scheduled to make brief comments via phone during the KUOW segment, and I'll post a link to the audio when it's available in case you miss it. In the meantime, please feel free to weigh in on the subject in the poll above and in the comments below.
Update, 2:30 p.m.: To listen to an archive of the segment, go to this KUOW program page and click on the audio links under the "Listen to the Conversation" heading.
