Here's the latest look at some of the Form D filings from Washington companies submitted to the SEC in recent weeks. In most cases, these are links to the raw filings, and as the SEC notes it has not been determined if they are accurate or complete.
Buuteeq, which is working on a digital marketing solution for hotels, has raised a $250,000 equity financing round. According to the company's Web site, Buuteeq is operating in private beta. The company, led by former Microsoft and Sony manager Adam Brownstein, could not be reached for comment.
Playteau -- a Seattle company led by Anatoly Tikhman-- said it has raised $620,000. Tikhman previously founded TikGames, a video game company.
Evri -- the Paul Allen-backed semantic search startup -- said it raised $349,000 in equity financing. It is unclear whether the funding is tied to the Seattle company's recent acquisition of Radar Networks. Evri, which has raised about $8 million, declined to comment.
ValueAppeal lists in a filing that it has raised $612,000. The Seattle startup -- which helps homeowners question their property tax bills -- announced $650,000 in new funding earlier this year. It is unclear whether the current filing is connected to that previously reported amount.
Mad Fiber of Seattle said it has raised $200,000.
LeMond
LeMond Fitness, an 8-year-old Woodinville maker of indoor spinning bikes, has raised $2.7 million. The company, started by cycling great Greg LeMond, said in the filing that the round consists of $2 million in cash and about $700,000 in cancellation of outstanding debt. The company -- whose technology has been licensed from the University of Washington -- previously had announced $19 million in funding from Arch Venture Partners, 5 AM Ventures and Versant Ventures.
TheraClone Sciences said it has raised $1.5 million, according to a filing. The company is led by David Fanning, the former COO at Corixa. The spin out from the biotech incubator, Accelerator Corp., raised $29 million last year.

Company spokeswoman Victoria Burwell said the funding is a working capital facility which will be used to boost sales and marketing efforts. Headsprout is led by CEO Dave Anderson.
Qru Corp. said in a filing that it is looking to raise up to $5 million.
