While showing a group of reporters around Microsoft's revamped "Envisioning Center" in Redmond this week, senior envisioning director Ian Sands stopped at a kiosk for a quick demo of some of the features slated for mobile versions of Microsoft's Office 2010 apps on Windows Phone 7, due out later this year.
In the video above, Sands focuses in particular on cloud-based syncing, showing how OneNote and SharePoint on mobile devices will let people share content and documents across their phones, the web and their computers. Those are the "three screens" that Microsoft Office is concentrating on in this new release, but apparently the mobile component won't be fully realized until Window Phone 7 devices come out.
I'm still planning to post more from the tour later today, including a video of Microsoft Business Division President Stephen Elop talking about how he sees the Office Web Apps being used by consumer.
