You can almost feel the entrepreneurial energy surging through the brick walls when you step inside the new South Lake Union office space for TechStars, Founder's Co-op and Revenue Loan. More than two dozen dudes (and yes, they are mostly guys) crank out code at giant monitors as they strive to create the next groundbreaking Internet startup. I got a peek inside the startup factory on a recent visit, with Annotype CEO Josh Mullineaux leading the tour.
