Early Look: Avatar Kinect
I'm over in Redmond today for a series of discussions and demos featuring Microsoft's chief research and strategy officer, Craig Mundie, and other executives from the company.
One of the first topics of discussions: Natural user interfaces, and specifically the future of the Kinect motion-sensor for Xbox 360. As part of that, the company gave an extended look at the Avatar Kinect chat functionality that was announced earlier this year. Here's my raw video.
