AdXpose, which offers a verification and optimization technology for online display advertising, has added a former Microsoft and Razorfish executive to its board to help land more business from Madison Avenue.
Jeff Lanctot, former ad executive at Microsoft and chief strategy officer of Razorfish, joins the board as AdXpose launches new features targeting the digital media agency.
AdXpose made the announcement Monday during the Interactive Advertising Bureau’s annual Networks and Exchanges Marketplace conference in New York City.
Lanctot was managing director for Microsoft’s Advertiser and Publisher Solutions (APS) Group, where he worked with Microsoft’s partners in the advertising industry. Previously, Lanctot was chief strategy officer at Razorfish, Microsoft’s online ad agency it sold off to ad giant Publicis Groupe in 2009.
Until last month, AdXpose was known as Mpire. But the Seattle digital advertising changed its name after raising $3 million in venture capital led by existing investor Draper Fisher Jurvetson.
AdXpose uses SaaS technology to help advertisers and publishers track the effectiveness of digital advertising campaigns.
