- ICO Global Communications added three new members to its executive team and plans to change its name to Pendrell Corporation later this month.
Robert Mechaley, Jr. has been named Chief Scientist, Timothy Dozoia has been appointed Corporate Counsel and Corporate Secretary, and Mark Fanning is the new Chief People Officer.
The company also announced that CEO Benjamin Wolff and Chief Strategy Officer R. Gerard Salemme have resigned from their positions at Eagle River, the company’s largest shareholder.
- RealNetworks announced the launch of its mobile SuperPass, premiering with tonight’s season debut of “Big Brother” on CBS.
Viewers can download an app for Android devices and watch unaired footage, commentary and special live events with current and former houseguests.
A SuperPass subscription is $14.99 a month and the mobile service can be added on for another $5 a month.
