Seattle-based iCopyright, which helps publishers protect content from copyright infringement on the internet, has raised $2.6 million in equity funding.
The funding is part of a round where the company plans to raise $3.48 million, according to a regulatory filing.
The company was founded in 1998. iCopyright offers a content monitoring and infringement detection service for publishers.
The company previously has been backed by Crosslink Capital, Menlo Ventures and Times Mirror Ventures.
