There is less than one week left to help the Puget Sound Business Journal identify the best in-house counsel in Washington state for the 2012 Corporate Counsel of the Year Awards. Nominations are due Feb. 8.

More than 1,000 members of the state’s legal community operate within the walls of corporations and nonprofit organizations. These attorneys rarely receive recognition for their efforts to protect and defend their companies and wrangle with complicated legal matters that help their local businesses — and the economy — thrive.
