Coupons.com adds Dawn Lepore to board
Dawn Lepore
Coupons.comInc. said Thursday it has added Dawn Lepore to its board of directors.
The Mountain View, Calif.-based company specializes in digital coupons.
Lepore is the former chairman and CEO of Bellevue-based Drugstore.com. She is expected to offer Coupons.com insights and guidance on the board.
“Coupons.com is uniquely positioned as it leads the digital transformation of the couponing industry ... I am excited to be part of the company at this time of inflection,” Lepore said in a statement.
"Dawn is a widely admired business leader and e-commerce trailblazer," Steven Boal, founder and CEO, Coupons.com, said in a prepared statement. "Her leadership, expertise in building successful online businesses and experience as a board member of such companies as eBay, Wal-Mart and The New York Times Co. will be a great asset to us as we continue to rapidly grow our business."
