The organic restaurant Tilth – a perfect Seattle choice for "most romantic restaurant."
Urbanspoon is hoping to help local love birds find the perfect Valentine’s Day dinner by listing the top 10 most romantic restaurants based on user feedback.
Urbanspoon, which started in Seattle and is now a subsidiary of Internet company IAC/InterActive Corp., used a variety of factors, including recent "up" or "down" votes, blog posts and other internal user data, to rank the area’s most romantic restaurants.
The city’s most romantic place to take your Valentine is a classic Seattle choice: the organic restaurant Tilth, 1411 N. 45th St.. Tilth was a 2009 James Beard Award winner for best chef of the Northwest, and chef Maria Hines was named one of Food & Wine Magazine’s 10 Best Chefs in 2005.
